We carefully provide a candidate calibration list to ensure the quickest hire possible. Finally, and thoroughly understanding your position, our highly experienced Executive Recruiters invest in strategically sourcing the very best candidates for your role. The majority of the fee is not due until successfully placement occurs.

This model encourages a collaborative partnership between the hiring manager and the recruiting lead and team and offers a 2.5% discount when compared to contingency, a $2,500 savings. We both have “skin in the game” so it encourages open communication and it allows us to work efficiently and effectively together to find a high quality candidate for your role.
Dedicated Resources & Customized Search
Once we have an agreement signed, we use a systematic, targeted discovery process to thoroughly understand your open position and customize your search. We then dedicate all of our resources to your position and consult with you during each step of the recruitment process. This model allows for transparency throughout the process and helps builds confidence with all team members.

Here lies the difference between a corporate human resource department and Talent Leverage. We do not rely on posting Jobs. We are actively and continually in the market, networking and building relationships with top professionals. We have a database of over 3M candidates and over 600K First Level connections on LinkedIn which enables us to reach those “hard to contact” passive candidates.
Security
We are confident in our process and will provide you with a courtesy replacement within a specified period of time. We also follow up at 30-60-90 day increments with the hiring manager and candidate to ensure a successful placement has been made.
